“Global cultural visionary using museums, education, and human-centered development to build peace through community.”
Who I Am
I am a global real estate developer, cultural advocate, and founder dedicated to building connections across people, communities, and nations. With more than five decades of international experience, my journey has been shaped by living, studying, and working across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia. These experiences have deepened my understanding of cultural diversity and strengthened my belief in the power of shared human values. As an INSEAD MBA graduate fluent in six languages, I have always viewed the world not through borders, but through relationships, dialogue, and the opportunities created when cultures come together with mutual respect and curiosity.
What I Do
My work combines human-centered development, international collaboration, and peace-focused cultural initiatives. Throughout my career in global real estate development, I have worked on projects that bring together people, ideas, and communities across diverse international contexts. Alongside my professional work, I founded Peace Museums in Vienna, Nepal, Paris, and Colorado—spaces designed to encourage reflection, education, dialogue, and peace-building. These initiatives invite individuals and communities to explore one essential question:
“What can you do for peace?”
Through museums, educational programs, and cross-cultural collaboration, I strive to create environments where understanding and cooperation can flourish.
Peace Through Human ConnectionI believe peace begins at the human level—with empathy, dialogue, listening, and the courage to understand one another beyond borders, beliefs, and backgrounds. Lasting peace cannot be imposed; it must be cultivated through relationships, education, and shared human experience.
What Drives Me
I believe that peace begins with human connection, cultural understanding, and the willingness to listen to one another. My work is guided by the conviction that development should not only shape physical spaces, but also strengthen communities and inspire meaningful dialogue. What motivates me most is the possibility of creating lasting impact—bringing people together across cultures, fostering empathy, and contributing to a more connected and compassionate global society. At the center of everything I do is a simple but enduring vision:
To build peace through community, education, culture, and shared human experience.
Building Bridges Between CulturesHaving lived and worked across multiple continents and cultures, I see diversity not as a barrier, but as humanity’s greatest strength. My work is guided by the belief that cultural exchange creates understanding, and understanding creates peace. Every project I undertake seeks to connect people across differences and remind us of our shared humanity.

From Question to Action
One question continues to guide my life and work:
“What can you do for peace?”
This is not only a philosophical question—it is a call to action.
I believe each individual has the ability and responsibility to contribute to a more compassionate, conscious, and connected world through everyday choices, dialogue, and collective effort.
Education as a Force for TransformationEducation has the power to awaken consciousness, challenge division, and inspire future generations to lead with compassion and responsibility. Through Peace Museums and cultural initiatives, I aim to create environments where people can reflect, learn, and imagine a more peaceful future together.
Creating Spaces for Peace and Human Connection
Over the course of more than five decades, my work has focused on bringing people together across cultures, generations, and national boundaries. Whether through international real estate development or the founding of Peace Museums in Vienna, Nepal, Paris, and Colorado, my mission has always been rooted in one idea:
To create spaces where humanity can reconnect with itself.
These initiatives have opened conversations around peace, cultural understanding, education, and collective responsibility. By creating environments dedicated to dialogue and reflection, I hope to inspire individuals and communities to become active participants in building a more compassionate world.
